High Volume / High-mix Router Cencorp combines flexibility and capacity in this 4th generation in-line bottom router. The key to the flexibility is the Cencorp servo gripper. This programmable gripper with automatic finger change accommodates a wide range of applications without complex and expensive dedicated tooling typically associated with in-line routers. Combined with features such as automatic conveyor width and registration pin adjustment, change over is accomplished in seconds. Just load the program and the 1000 BR is ready to go. A fully programmable servo x-y-z lower gantry controls the router movement while the 4-axis upper gantry holds the PCB during cutting and provides flexible output options.
